This course is not intended to cover roof or access work in detail but does cover the legislative requirements, risk assessment requirements and working at height requirements. Typically an experienced roofer would install the arrays although collectors will require connection at roof level by an electrician.

3 days including assessment. Assessment Multiple-choice examination and practical assessment. Pre-requisites 17th Edition Wiring Regulations Sound knowledge of the Building Regulations Experience in the installation of domestic single phase circuits and issuing the appropriate documentation (electrical installation certificate, schedule of inspections and schedule of test results). |
