C&G 2392-10 Fundamental Inspection & Testing

This inspection and testing course is designed for electricians who test and commission new installations. It is ideal for those with little experience of the inspection and testing process.

It is valuable as a qualification on its own or as a stepping stone to the more advanced 2391-10.

Pre-requisites

A good working knowledge of wiring regulations is required so we recommend the 2382 17th Edition course is completed first.Some practical testing experience is desirable.

What’s next?

You can register to inspect and test your own work in domestic electrical installations under Part P of the Building Regulations.

The next step to further your qualifications is the City & Guilds 2391-10 Inspection and Testing course. This theory course is aimed at electricians with at least 6 months’ experience of inspection and testing and a good working knowledge of the 17th Edition Wiring Regulations.
